The goal of developing offshore wind power in Vietnam has been stated in Party Resolutions and in the recent draft PDP8 defining the expected offshore wind development goals of 7 GW by 2030 and 18 GW until 2035. To achieve the goals, it is necessary to share experiences in practical implementation of industry development, exchange expertise, and in setting up the policy framework supporting sectoral development.
