The webinar will give practical examples on how teams together may improve their ways of working. The examples will be demonstrated using Epsis’ software solution Enify.

Target group
We encourage engineers and operators working in operation centers/control centers; and managers initiating improvement projects/ operation center projects to email nikki@norwep.com for manual sign up.

Are you experiencing loss in efficiency when you move from an office environment to home working? Did you lose the oversight you once had in an operations center environment when your team went virtual? Are your remote operations not properly integrating to deliver the core business needs? Are you contemplating developing performance improvement initiatives or building operations center environments in a post pandemic world?

If you answer “yes” to any of the above questions, we believe you would benefit from this webinar. Maybe you would get to get some food for thought on how to support efficient ways of working in modern work environments.

Background
Epsis has been designing, building and managing the work inside operations centers for the last 15 years. Over the past 2 years we have had an innovation project on virtualizing operations and operations centers – together with our industry partner, Equinor, and with Innovation Norway.

Operations centers often act as a gateway between remote operations and the expertise in the main office. The underlying business aim is always to establish an efficient working relationship between sites built on mutual understanding and trust. But the world changes. With COVID-19, skilled workforces have been splintered and have been forced to work from home. Within the information worker space there is a new effort to support blended working or continue remote working. This is often referred to as a hybrid work model. On the surface these types of work environments may seem to be different from an operations center, but the practical problems are near identical; to build “one team” regardless of location. What used to be a problem for companies with very operative activities (such as E&P and mining companies) is now is experienced as a general work problem impacting any a much wider group of teams and companies. This is the #futureofwork.
