The meeting schedule will be coordinated to allow participation in the most significant presentations and panels. The Norwegian Embassy reception will be held on 18 October.

NORWEP members: Delegation fee Nkr 1.500,- pp
Non-members: Delegation fee Nkr 3.000,- pp

Travel / accommodation
All participants are responsible for their travel related reservations and fees, i.e. hotel, flights etc. Hotels in the vicinity are filling up quickly.
