Export Finance Norway (Eksfin) is a governmental financial enterprise falling under the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. Eksfin offers AAA-rated guarantees and loans on behalf of the Norwegian State subject to deliveries from Norwegian exporters and cooperates with commercial banks. Our mission is to ensure that Norwegian export industries are financially competitive abroad.
