About NICOUSTIC AS

Non-intrusive level monitoring for process vessels.

Nicoustic has developed accurate non-intrusive technology for separator level measurement based on Guided Ultrasonic Waves. The Nicoustic sensors detect liquids and solids level. Measurement of emulsion and foam interface layers is under development.

Nicoustic is a spin-off from Fraunhofer IKTS in Germany based on an innovation challenge formulated by Equinor. Our sensors are intended for oil & gas (production separators, MEG storage/regeneration, sand management systems and D&W applications) as well as renewable energy (biorefineries and chemicals).
