Value proposition

Multiconsult holds extensive knowledge and experience related to steel and concrete structures in arctic environments. This includes use of recognized analysis programs and tools, and programs developed through own initiated R&D projects. Multiconsult conducts advanced hydrodynamic analyses to determine wave impact and response. This includes numerical time domain simulation of the response in moored structures to waves and cold climate actions, such as sea ice.

This expertise is vital when establishing correct design basis for sea ice and other relevant cold climate challenges, both offshore and onshore. Multiconsult’s strength is our understanding of the design process and thus a close working relationship between analysts and designers, i.e. integrated analyses in the design process.
