Guo Jian is Norwegian Energy Partners' Advisor in China. He holds a Electrical Engineering Bachelor's degree from Shanghai JiaoTong University. Mr. Guo has worked with Nexans Norway AS and GE Consumer & Industry Group as well as Ametek Solidstate Controls Beijing Office and China National Offshore Oil Development & Engineering Company (COOEC) inside the CNOOC Group.
