Minna Crozier

Minna has more than 25 years of experience and a strong background in international business administration, financial management, and leadership. With extensive experience in both SMEs and multinational corporations, she has worked across diverse industries, including process and maritime sectors, managing financial operations, strategic planning, and business expansion. As Senior Commercial Adviser at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, she collaborated closely with Team Norway, NORWEP, and Innovation Norway to support Norwegian companies entering the Middle Eastern market. Her multicultural and international experience enables her to navigate complex business environments and foster cross-border cooperation. Minna holds a BBA from BI Norwegian Business School and has studied in Finland, France, and Norway.
