Control Room Assistant software runs in real time and detects root-causes, forecasts consequences and suggest remediations plans to the control room operator or anyone doing operational support. The software is based on qualitative physics, artificial intelligence and uses streamed data from the control system to always keep the 'functional (digital) twin' updated.

Design knowledge is combined with experience to ensure improved production efficiency. The added value is to reduce the unplanned losses by 50% increasing the overall Production Efficiency of any process plant. The software is sold as a service (SaaS) and is applicable to any complex production process.
