Value proposition

The Global Information Exchange (GIE) is a cloud based platform which enables efficient sharing and reuse of standard technical data relevant for energy projects.

The GIE can be accessed online by human users or connecting to other systems via API interfaces so that the already verified data within the GIE can be easily reused.

The GIE platform is the underlying technology that enables collaborative hubs such as EqHub which is a data sharing hub for oil and gas assets and operators in the Norwegian sector.
