Value proposition

The MMU is a modular membrane filtration unit designed but not limited for offshore applications. It combines ceramic membranes with pre-treatment such as dissolved air flotation systems. With a capacity of up to 20 m³/h and a pore size of 0.04 microns, it ensures efficient separation of oil and solids.

The MMU delivers high performance in a compact design, is DNV-approved, and requires minimal manual operation through automated integration. Its separation efficiency is unaffected by waves or sand, ensuring stable offshore operation.

The system is scalable, Ex Zone II ATEX 3G certified, and compatible with platform control systems, making it ideal for demanding offshore environments.
