Value proposition

The Thermtech Cuttings Cleaner (TCC®) is a thermal technology developed by Thermtech to treat drill cuttings. In the TCC the drilling waste is separated into three main components - mineral solids, base oil and water. The highly valuable drilling fluids are under influence of high temperature only for a few seconds, resulting in a very high quality of the recovered fluids which can be re-used in new drilling mud, while the mineral solids can be discharged to sea or used in different applications.

With appropriate weather protection, the TCC can be operated in harsh environments. The TCC is also d for use offshore. Benefits for the customer include no skip and ship, less handling, less crane lifts and less new fluids to be bought.
