Technology readiness (TRL)
We have electric subsurface heating systems used for near wellbore heating (up to 600 deg C) to re-establish the creeping shale formation as a permanent barrier, and flow-through heating systems to heat the fluid (e.g. for hydrate methane production, heavy oil, wax/paraffin/hydrate prevention). These technologies may also be implemented into subsea production systems, as for example as retrofit into a flow line where the along-the-pipeline heating system have failed, etc. Also we have heating systems that may be retrofitted into wellbores for wax, paraffin and/or hydrate build-up prevention
