In late 2022 Menon Economics presented findings of a missing hydrogen testing environment in Norway.

The deficit of a missing hydrogen testing infrastructure in Norway was identified as a potentially large strategic road block in enabling rapid market entry for Norwegian hydrogen related industry products and services, both domestically and for export.
