Value proposition

System reliability on vital support and control systems for oil & gas production. Maintaining oil and gas production may be challenged due to flow restrictions or blockages in the chemical injection-, hydraulic control-, or umbilical lines. The service is the only efficient method for applying the needed high cleanliness standards; NAS 1638 <3, turbulent flow with a solvent effect on organic material e.g., wax and grease. The service is used in long and narrow pipe systems: ID: 1-25,4 mm and 10-30.000 m. long, during pre-commissioning, post-commissioning, or de-commissioning. Clients choose SCCO2 flushing as predictive maintenance to avoid unintended downtime due to the service’s unblocking abilities and easy use of pressurized air, power supply and space for 3x 10ft containers.
