National Petroleum Agency (ANPG) is co-sponsor to the event and have taken the chair role of organizing as well as inviting all key operator and stakeholders to the workshop. It is expected to be some more than 140 local representatives joining the event.
The program will contain ANGP and operators’ presentations and expectations, presentations of Norwegian technology (performed by the attendees), B2B meetings and other open debate and discussions.

COVID-19 testing requirements as by 01.09.2022
All passengers, travelling to Angola must undergo COVID‑19 testing, including children and infants. Children below 6 months old are not required to present a pre‑departure COVID‑19 PCR test certificate. Passengers must present a negative COVID‑19 iGE Rapid test result for a test taken not more than 24 hours before departure or a negative molecular based COVID‑19 RT PCR test result for a test taken not more than 72 hours before departure. All passengers will also be tested (Rapid Test for COVID‑19) on arrival at 04 Fevereiro International Airport in Luanda. This test is compulsory and will be conducted free of charge.
Vaccination requirements
Travellers are encouraged to carry a valid vaccination certificate with a QR code that shows they have been fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by WHO. Passengers who do not hold a valid vaccination certificate must present a negative molecular based RT PCR COVID 19 test result for a test taken not more than 72 hours before departure.
All Angolan citizens or passport holders 18 years old and above must have a vaccination certificate to travel to Angola.
Quarantine
Any passenger who tests positive on arrival is subject to the relevant health authorities who will determine the required quarantine measures.
Travel from Angola
All Angolan citizens / passport holders 18 years old and above travelling from Angola must have a vaccination certificate. While not mandatory, it is recommended that passengers departing from Angola also take an RT‑PCR test before departure.
For those countries that require it, passengers should please check & request from the clinic a RT PCR Test Certificate with QR code at the time of the test. Passengers must make sure to complete the entry or transit requirements of their destination and carry the correct documents for travel. When in doubt, passengers should contact the nearest embassy/consulate for the latest information and requirements.
Passengers must check if their destination requires their pre‑departure COVID‑19 test certificate to have a QR code and request this at the facility at the time of testing.
